A Message from Assurance Partners regarding COVID-19

These are certainly unprecedented times. No one could have imagined in an age where people are more connected than ever before, we would be practicing social distancing and isolation. At Assurance Partners, we believe we have a tremendous opportunity, and responsibility, to continue to deliver the same high quality service while working to keep our staff, clients, and community safe.

Here is how we are internally responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

  • Although restrictions have been lifted, our main office doors will continue to stay closed for the time being.  However, we will still very much be open for business. We are well-equipped technologically and operationally, and have taken steps to ensure our ability to serve you with minimal disruption.
  • For the time being, our interactions with you will be virtual. If you need anything, we are only a phone call or email away. Rest assured that you can still communicate with us as you typically would, whether that be through email, direct dial lines, or our main office line at 1-800-563-1871.
  • It is anticipated that our Executives will continue with our normal appointment schedules with our clients as necessary either virtually or in person as needed. While our Account Executives need to adhere to the social distancing requirements, we are open to discussing issues face-to-face if needed. We will evaluate these on a case by case basis with each client.
